The homeowner for this beautiful forested lot in Chester, NH approached us with their ideas for a classic New England home that will perform like a home of the future.  This family home will not only capture the pastoral beauty of its’ surroundings, but will be net zero capable.  We have specified an R-41 SIP wall, triple pane windows, geothermal heating and cooling, R-54 roof insulation and solar PV system.  This home will look beautiful and perform even better.
