The clients came to us with a bold plan to tear down the existing outdated and problem-filled structure on their gorgeous waterfront property on Bow Lake in Strafford. To replace this structure would be a very unique and modern home that turns, angles and follows their shoreline frontage to maximize views. The home is punctuated by vertical Cedar siding, double sided stone fireplace and a mono-plane standing seam metal roof. A massive wraparound cedar deck with outside shower will connect them to the Lake front. A 24′ sliding door will enable them to feel like they are floating on the water from inside the house.

Additionally, we will be re-locating an existing antique structure to a new home on the property and building a new bunkhouse for guests that mirrors the style and design of the main house. This property transformation is sure to be a generational treasure for this family.
